Choose Your Bait Use peanut butter, chocolate, oats, or sunflower seeds. Place a small amount behind the trigger plate inside the trap.
Open and Set the Trap
Lift the spring-loaded door and lock it into the open position.
Make sure the bait is in place and not blocking the plate mechanism.
Place the trap along a wall, near rodent droppings, or where you’ve seen activity — garages, kitchens, pantries, basements, etc.
For best results, avoid high-traffic areas and keep it flush against a wall.
Catch & Monitor When a rodent enters and steps on the trigger plate, the door will close automatically behind it.
Most catches happen within 10 minutes to 48 hours, depending on bait, location, and rodent activity.
The transparent acrylic body allows you to check if anything’s been caught without opening the trap.
Humane Release Take the trap at least 100 feet from your home — ideally to a wooded area or open field.
Open the back door by sliding or popping it out (depending on model), and allow the rodent to exit safely.
Clean & Reuse
Remove the rear door and wash the trap using mild soap and warm water.
Dry thoroughly before re-baiting and setting again.
