10 Purple Sensation Allium Seeds

Allium aflatunense

Purple Sensation Allium (Allium aflatunense) is a striking ornamental flower that makes a gorgeous addition to any landscape while attracting butterflies and other pollinators. This classic garden favorite produces large, violet-purple, multi-flowered rounded umbels measuring 4–6 inches across, held high on tall, leafless stems for dramatic visual impact.

One of the most appealing features of Purple Sensation Allium is its perfect bloom timing—flowering after daffodils and tulips have finished, yet before summer perennials begin, helping bridge the seasonal gap in the garden. Plants typically grow 24–36 inches tall, making them ideal for borders, mixed beds, and focal plantings.
